Grades

It's time for the grades! *applause*
This moment always comes at least once in your life: Your grades. So you get your grades in the little pretty manila envelope. In your first years in school, it's more of a
'Oh my god! I'm so nervous! Did I get good grades? *opens* Eek! I did good! How did you do? Ha! I did better!" kind of thing. Fun.
Now, people just open it, see it, and that's pretty much it. The childhood that we leave behind: where does it go?

Anyways, expecting good grades, I opened the manila envelope. Inside it were the beautiful grades of mine, exerting its brilliant light towards me, its whiteness probing its way into the depth of my eyes and into my soul.

Then I see my grades.

What. The. Heck.
Oh, please, I'm Asian. I'm supposed to be getting good grades and all that, you know? I guess I sort of did good grades, but it's not good enough for me nor my parents.

Come on! I was so looking forward to that dog soup my mom was going to make me if I got good grades! Boo hoo.
I'm just kidding. There goes another stereotypical-racist thing to say to myself. No, I don't eat dogs. Who would ever dare to eat a cute fluffball that goes bow-wow? Not me. I only eat cats.

Anyways, back to my grades. They weren't all that bad. The thing is, in my school, they have a 4 point grading system. Not 5, not 10, not 100, FOUR. Although 3.5 is a high grade, it looks like it's rather low to those who are not used to it. Meh. That sucks.

Speaking of low, my English teacher gave me a poor grade. (*groan*) If you are reading this, can you give me a much higher grade? Please?

For those too dumb to get jokes: I don't eat cats.
Cats are cute fluffballs that go meow.

Spring Break!

Finally! It's spring break and no school! (Hooray!)

It's like as if I just came through a path of endless torture (3 months) and I am finally free forever (a week)!

Anyways, I'm sorry if that picture was too disturbing. I just couldn't resist drawing something like that because I was so happy! No, I'm not psychopathic.

But seriously, now I can relax all I want and not worry about anything related with school (until the last day of spring break, of course) and just chill! Speaking of chilling, I am expected to go to Cartagena, a beach in the Caribbean coast, on April the first. So hooray again!

My happiness is expressed as the burning guy in the background.

So happy! Well, it's sad that it will soon be over. In just a week, I'll be going back to my horrorific school life deadly endless torture. Whatever. "The 'tomorrow' is to be thought about the day after tomorrow", as they say.

Let's enjoy things while we can.

No School!

Last Tuesday, due to a sudden transportation strike, we didn't go to school. Everyone was so happy that day. We all crossed our fingers that the strike would continue and we woudn't go to school the next day either, but sadly, we did.

So we continued with our normal life...for one day, and today, Thursday, the strike rose up again and we didn't go to school again. HOORAY!!

When I don't go to school, I stay home eating cookies and chilling, so what could be better?

So now, we're crossing our fingers that the strike continues until tomorrow, and we wouldn't go to school for four continuous days. The school will be notifying us whether we go to school or not by 8:30 today, so I will finish this post after 8:30. Until then, let's cross our fingers, pray, and eat cookies.

(Updating again at 8:30)

Damn it. There's school. The strike is over.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

You didn't cross your fingers. :(

Why School is Stupid

3 reasons why our school is stupid:

1. We have tests and exams that use a heck lot of paper. Including tests of how to save the environment and trees of course.

2. They expect us to sleep at least 8 hours every night. Yet, they make us wake up at like 5 o'clock in the morning. No, I don't go to sleep at 9. I have a life, you know.

3. I don't like work. Especially homework. Nope.

Skip School Day in School

According to Facebook, today is International Skip School Day. Well, here I am in school, in science class, watching videos of DNA being extracted from King Tut's bone and learning about the Andromeda Galaxy or something like that.

I'm kind of bored. The fun part of my brain has gone on a trip to Uranus, and I'm not expecting it to come back until I get home.

Let me just say a short "sorry" to my science teacher. It wasn't that the class was boring. It was that I was tired.

This is pretty much what the class looks like. For some reason, I ended up drawing most people with an evil look. For anyone who knows it, it reminds me of Death Note.

For the people I drew in the picture without permission, I'm very sorry. If it offended you, please tell me, and I will replace your face with an egg or something.
Happy International Skip School Day. :)
