You see, I went to the Amazons for seven days at the end of January this year. It was fun, I guess. It was a week of unique experiences and...pain.
The trip was actually good in terms of where we slept, food, and safety. The activities were fun, and I had a good time with my friends.
We went canoeing, kayaking, canopy, etc. We even saw dolphins! :D
Yet, the trip sucked in many ways too.
1. The bathrooms didn't have a roof and was missing a wall. One of my friends had to take a leak at night, and unfortunate for him, it was raining. He did take care of it somehow. I don't know how.
2. When it wasn't raining, the sun was so strong that we would be sweating like waterfalls. Well, these were not as bad as the third.
3. MOSQUITO BITES. They bite you all over your body. They ignore the repellent. They were [insert bad word here]ing annoying. The trip was 7 days, the suffering lasted 20.
It was a 'once-in-a-lifetime' experience, but if I were asked to go there again, my answer would probably be... um... well...
NO.

This is a great idea and a very attractive blog.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, your sentences need revising. There's lots of incompletes and run-ons.
